Our office hours are designed with your needs in mind. Convenient hours, including evening hours on Thursday and Saturday appointments are available. We respect your time and make every effort to be on time for your visit. If you have to change an appointment, we ask that you give us as much advanced notice as possible so that we can use your time to serve another patient. Once your treatment needs are determined, we try to complete your care in as few appointments as possible. Initial Visit If you or your child has a need for immediate treatment, we will try to meet that need first to relieve any discomfort you may have. The non-emergency visit for adults is the time when the patient and doctor meet to discuss the patient's wants and dental needs. This visit will include a comprehensive examination of the teeth and soft tissue of the mouth. Any necessary radio graphs will be taken at visit in order to develop a complete diagnosis. After the complete examination, we will develop a treatment plan to meet your needs. We will then discuss our findings and recommendations with you. If treatment alternative exist, we will explain these along with their disadvantages. Before any treatment begins, we will discuss the fees and estimated time needed to complete your treatment. Financial Options We make every effort to keep dental care affordable. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Master card, and Discover. For more comprehensive treatment plans, we also offer extended financing options such as Care Credit. Please ask our administrative coordinator to review any payment options with you. Insurance On your initial visit, we will submit your completed dental claim form for reimbursement of services rendered and for an estimate of all possible future services when required. This is done to provide each patient with a clear understanding of costs and insurance benefits available and to avoid confusion should additional treatment be required. For your Comfort We believe that your visits should be as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. Please inform our staff if you have any special needs or if we can do anything to make your treatment experience more comfortable. In each operatory we have headphones with an i Pod Shuffle that offers a wide variety of songs, you can also bring your own if you would like.
